Negroni cocktail recipe

Negroni is very easy to mix and a refreshing cocktail. It is said that Negroni was first invented in Florence in the flowery Tuscany region of Italy. Instead of bitter soda, Negroni uses gin and it packs quite an alcoholic punch, so to speak. Campari and sweet vermouth goes very well with gin that blends the bitter bold flavours of campari.

Ingredients:

1 oz Gin

1 oz Campari

1 oz Sweet vermouth

Mixing method:

Stir ingredients together and pour in an old fashioned glass. Serve over the rocks.

An orange slice would do perfectly to this fantastic drink.
